home away from home, with added luxuries and staff who were incredible and ready to assist.
10.0we were contacted regarding the time we wanted to check in, we said we wanted to drop bags off earlier which was not a problem at all, then we changed our minds, and called and they said it was fine. we then arrived later than expected, but nothing was a problem at all. we then asked if our daughter who was staying in res could join us for breakfast the next morning, and they welcomed her like family. what a special place that are so willing and helpful and went above and beyond for everything. I highly recommend Van Der Stel Manor. we will definitely stay there again.

Great breakfast and safe area.
8.0A 20min walk away from the town centre, but very doable if you don't have walking issues. The people were great and immediately came to assist when there was an issue with the electricity in the room. Breakfast was great, fresh and plenty. The area is calm and safe to walk in. We walked later in the evening without any problems. The pictures made me believe it was more of an old fashioned house, but the extension build in the back is more modern. They did keep a good part of the original house and the breakfast area is nicely done.
− The TV was very small with horrible sound, but that only mattered because we came during the worldcup.
