− Desayuno lo sirven a partir de las 8.30 asi que para los viajeros que van por trabajo es una opción no recomendable. La cabaña que rentamos no tenía Internet. Despues se reclamo no nos dieron ninguna solución.

Schade für die eigentlich schöne Hotelanlage. Sie hätte besseres Personal verdient.
3.0Sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit Bungalows inmitten vieler Bäume. Es hat Sport- und Spielplätze und eine sehr schöne Poolanlage. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Das Auto kann man vor dem eigenen Bungalow parkieren.
− Bei der Ankunft an der Rezeption war der Preis plötzlich höher als bei der Reservation. Zusätzlich wurden noch 10% aufgeschlagen, weil ich mit der Kreditkarte bezahlt habe. Eine Frechheit! Mangels Alternativen (keine freien Hotelzimmer in der Nähe an diesem Datum) habe ich diese Kröte geschluckt, aber am liebsten wäre ich gleich wieder abgereist. Das Frühstück wurde zwar ans Zimmer geliefert, ist aber seinen Namen nicht wert. Zwei trockene Croissants, eine Tasse lauwarmen Kaffee und 1dl Orangensaft waren das höchste der Gefühle. Es gab weder Butter, Konfitüre, Früchte, Fleisch, Käse noch ein Ei dazu. Nicht einmal Besteck! Den Kaffee musste ich mit einem Schraubenzieher (ich hatte den Werkzeugkoffer dabei) umrühren. Als ich am Abend zurückkam, war das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, das Bett nicht gemacht und das Geschirr vom "Frühstück" stand noch herum. Als ich am Empfang nach dem Grund fragte, bekam ich keine Antwort. Sie schickten dann noch jemanden vorbei, der schnell aufräumte. Auch am nächsten Tag wurde das Zimmer wieder nicht gereinigt, obwohl ich am Vortag reklamiert hatte. Auf dem angrenzenden Grundstück hat es Hunde, die die ganze Nacht bellen. Ich musste mit Gehörschutz schlafen. Am Abreisetag verlangte ich eine Abrechnung. Dies schien eine ziemlich grosse Herausforderung für das Personal zu sein, denn sie musste zuerst noch manuell erstellt werden. Nach ca. zehn Minuten Warten musste ich das Hotel verlassen, weil ich etwas knapp in der Zeit war und zum Flughafen fahren musste. Ich gab meine Mailadresse an und forderte die Mitarbeiterin auf, mir die Abrechnung zu schicken. Leider habe ich sie bis jetzt noch nicht erhalten. Ich kann nur davon abraten, dieses Hotel zu besuchen. Das Personal ist absolut unfähig und bei jeder noch so einfachen Aufgabe völlig überfordert.
