8.0Sangat dekat dengan stasiun Kebumen, nempel tembok. Disekitar juga banyak tempat makan murah meriah, serta relatif dekat kemana mana. Sarapan cukup, namun lumayan gerah karena ac nya kurang. Kamar nyaman.
− Restoran agak gerah karena ac tidak mencukupi. Selebihnya ok.

7.0Lokasi dan arsitektur bangunan dari hotel sangat bersejarah.
− Kebersihan linen seperti sprei, bed cover perlu di tingkatkan. Seperti sprei yang memiliki bekas bercak stain yang tidak bisa hilang wajarnya diganti dalam pemugaran aset. Selain daripada itu kebersihan daripada item seperti tong sampah yang berkarat, toilet yang rusak harusnya tidak terjadi di hotel yang memiliki bintang 4 seperti mixolie. Bisa ganti semua tempat sampah yang sudah tidak layak di kamar mandi dengan yang baru agar tampilan kebersihan hotel meningkat
