9.0Very clean and well maintained. The bathroom is across the hall, but each room has its own bathroom..Very nice restaurants in the area. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, a bit off the beaten track, but easily accessible by bus. Lovely host.

10.0Fantastic location in a true Roman quartiere, extremely clean, comfortable, welcoming…and a ninety floor view to die for. Everything is set up to make a perfect stay in the eternal city, a step away from the tourists and within walking distance of everything if you are reasonably fit. Excellent value for money and wonderful hosts! Mille grazie.

9.0Struttura situata al nono piano, silenziosa. Cucina attrezzata, da condividere con gli altri ospiti della struttura, così come il frigorifero. Letti molto comodi, stanze dotate di aria condizionata. Ottimi bagni ad uso privato, ogni camera ha il suo o all'interno della stanza o fuori, dipende dalla stanza in cui si viene assegnati.
