10.0Staff were very kind. Free breakfast was nice! They also replenished my towels & left them at my door without me even asking, which was nice. My only complaint was that it could’ve been a little bit cleaner. The bed runner on my bed as well as the carpet had multiple visible stains. The walls were also marked up a bit. However, other than that, everything seemed fairly clean.

10.0We had a very comfortable stay here. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and much larger than we have found elsewhere in Japan. The complimentary breakfast was much appreciated and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location right in Gion.

10.0Very friendly staff with great communication skill. 10 minutes walk to the Yasaka Pagoda photo spot so its convenient if you want to go early and avoid the crowd.
