The stay was affordable, but accommodations, friendliness, etc. was beyond expectations.

− Cluttered grounds
Do not recommend. Mice and unresponsive staff.

− There are no staff on site that I saw. Just be aware that you strip your own bed and take trash to the dumpster when you leave. We didn’t even stay the night because my son saw two mice in his bedroom. With hantavirus being an issue in northern New Mexico, we left and drive home to Colorado after we saw the mice. We stayed in the larger farm house and it’s very old… all the windows were shut and there was no air conditioning on when we arrived. Do not recommend due to the mouse issue and unresponsive staff. Do not expect a reply to your emails or texts prior to arrival. They did reply when I mentioned the mouse issue and they refunded me for the night’s stay. I had to drive home from 1-3:30am and I was not happy.

There is a 1 dog limit per room. When pet owners are gone, the dog must be kept in a crate while they are out. Guests must inform the property of the dog, if they fail to do so, and bring the dog into the cabin, they will be subject to fines by the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
