2.0− Era tutto molto sporco, dopo averlo fatto presente ci hanno cambiato stanza ma praticamente era uguale a quella precedente, purtroppo avevamo già pagato il soggiorno sennò avremmo cambiato hotel. Abbiamo utilizzato il servizio di lavanderia ma ci hanno perso dei indumenti e mai più recuperati senza neanche un chiedere scusa. Il peggio è stato però la colazione, dopo aver letto le recensioni mi aspettavo chissà che cosa invece nessuna scelta, anzi, la prima fatta mi ha fatto male, e sono riuscita a prendermi la prima intossicazione alimentare con delle uova, dopo aver viaggiato in tutto il Nepal ed in condizioni estreme alla fine mi ammalo "nell hotel". Ciliegina sulla torta è stata che prima di andare via ci volevano far pagare una notte in più non so per quale motivo. È la prima volta che mi capita dopo tanti anni di viaggio, sconsiglio!!!

9.0When I arrived, the room I booked was not available, but I got upgraded to a family room without extra cost. The staff was super friendly and they serve an excellent breakfast! Kettle is provided in the room as well as drinking water, toiletries and towels. I also could leave my luggage while I was looking for another place to stay.
− The bed in the family room was not in good conditions and I wasn't able to stay more than one night because the type of room I wanted was not free. Many of the rooms do not have windows/view.
