Horrível atendimento
2.0Não pude ter uma estadia no Chalé Vila da Serra pois fomos barrados por ter um pet que tinha altura fora do permitido por eles. No site não consta em nenhum lugar a altura aceita do pet , somente consta o limite por kg do cachorro. Outro fator foi como fomos tratados pelo gerente ou dono que não teve o bom senso de conversar conosco e foi de uma grosseria fora do normal com a minha esposa. Lugar que não indico para ninguém .
