2.0整潔程度：完全不似是2023年翻新過，十分舊，房間有大蟑螂，床單被單濕濕的，好像好耐沒有住客住過。 酒店設施：只有梳妝枱前幾個插掣可以叉電，靠床的地方完全不能叉電，义電的速度又慢。 房間景觀：我們訂的是雙床豪華客房，服務員說雙床豪華客房是6-10樓，好明顯是欺負我們香港人，給我們兩間房都是6樓最差的景觀，面向一幅糞牆，衛生程度極度惡劣！有圖有真相！ 職員服務態度：前台扎馬尾的女服務員悪過老虎，說話又快又細聲，聽不清楚她說什麼，她便很凶狠的再說一遍，整個lobby都聽到！ 整體非常差的一間溫泉酒店！
