Taxa de limpeza cara
6.0O apartamento é bom, as camas são confortáveis, tem ferro de passar roupa, pipoqueira, sanduicheira, TV na sala e wi-fi. No geral é bom. O que descordo é a cobrança da taxa de R$ 60,00 referente a limpeza pois o apartamento não estava limpo. Onde encostávamos tinha pó e as panelas e louças estavam engorduradas. Outro item a melhorar é que falta alguns utensílios de cozinha como escumadeira, frigideira grande, além de deixar disponível fósforos (pois o fogão não tem acendimento automático) e detergente para que se possa lavar a louça. Nenhuma tomada da parede que divide a sala da cozinha funciona.

10.0Após a reserva, o sr Junior entrou em contato com algumas informações de como chegar. A srta Erika foi me buscar de carro em local previamente combinado e me levou até o apt, q fica em prédio de 2 andares, sem elevador. Apt amplo, arejado, qto com cama de casal e outro com 2 de solteiro, 1 banheiro. Roupa de cama e banho, e colchão confortável. Televisão somente com o canal da Globo. Cozinha com geladeira, micro, torradeira, liquidificador, panelas, louças e talheres. Pano de prato, toalha de papel, café em pó e sal. Fogão à gas de 4 bocas. Wi fi. Para portadores de necessidades especiais, tem opção de apt no térreo. Garagem. Perto tem um mercado e também restaurantes e bares. Até o centro da cidade são 20 min de caminhada e até o local de João de Deus, cerca de 15 min. Gostei de minha estadia, e pretendo voltar ao Residencial. Agradeço muito à srta Érika por toda sua ajuda e atençao!
