10.0I loved being able to "self-check in". This was very convenient since our flight times and delays had us arrive late and leaving very early in the morning before staff was there. Convenienly right on the bus line for a quick 15 minute ride to downtown Venice!

Perfect hotel just 15min away from Venice
10.0We were so glad we didn't book a hotel in Venice. The accomodation was just perfect. The busstop to get to Venice right in front of the hotel and it took us just 15min to get there. The best about it was how clean the room was and that parking was for free. Lucia was a great host. We can highly recommend this place.
No wifi service
8.0The accommodation was beautiful, but the only real issue was the fact that we were never able to connect with the advertised “Free Wifi”.
Less than ideal
4.0Room was spacious and clean but nothing special. The sheets were stale and quite uncomfortable. Also, we could hear everything in lobby and kitchen area which made sleeping difficult at times. Late check in was nice and simple.

10.0Sehr stilvolle, saubere Einrichtung, freundliche Kommunikation, schnelle Anbindung an Nahverkehr. Gastronomie im Ort begrenzt. Aufpassen mit den Buslinien, kauft man vom falschen Unternehmen kostet das z. B. auf der Fahrt vom Flughafen nach Mestre 50 Euro Strafe, obwohl man eine gültige Fahrkarte, allerdings vom "anderen" Busunternehmen hat.
