− La comida del restaurante podría ser de mejor calidad. El Desayuno es muy básico. Me toco dejar el vehículo en la calle, deben conseguir más lugares de parqueo.

− Las habitaciones no son confortables se venden como un hotel de lujo, pero.en realidad las habitaciones son de un hotel medio. Del resto todo estuvo muy bien, la zona húmeda es muy bonita.
Great concept but needs refinement
6.0The bed is comfortable. The spa pool area was nice. Massage was okay. Rooms are spacious.
− We didnt like that the staff disappeared with our bags and didnt tell us what room we were in. The water in the pool was very cloudy. I'm autistic and we were given a room directly over the lobby and restaurant and had to listen to dishes banging, conversations and music the whole time. We asked for a different location but were denied the request.
