4.0We filed a complaint on first night. Our room had someone’s garments hanging in closet and room obviously wasn’t cleaned bc bed had bed bugs I literally scratched myself raw on my ankles and lets which were the only exposed parts of my body while I was fresh out shower. I do not like complaining at all but I had to go to front desk at 11 pm and submit my complaint. They were very helpful and moved me to another room which at first we were still Leary bc of what had just happened in old room. But we stripped bed and checked it completely before laying down
− Cleanliness. Hotel hallways on 10th and 11th floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. Place is going down hill due to lack of simple tidiness.

− The other 99% of staff were rude. Half the floors had water leak issues, rooms were dirty, keys didn't work. It was one thing after another the entire weekend
