Overall acceptable and decent value. Just need a few things such as doona on single beds in winter.

The Riverview Holiday Apartments are across from a beautiful esplanade and central to all the key tourist destinations a
9.0Location location location! It was also a nice looking property overall. It also contained most kitchen items you would need to cook etc., so a home away from home.
− There was a smell of damp that wasn’t nice at all but once I let the property managers know after our stay, they ensured me that they would have it seen to.
Overall we had a lovely stay but the unit needs some maintenance.
8.0Location was great. View was lovely. Lounge and TV were comfortable. Unit is decorated nicely.
− Didn’t like the trundle bed for adult children to sleep on. Dislike I had to set it up and put the linen on it. ( we had booked for 4 Adults) Bench top and floor was not clean. Few things were broken in the unit.
Very enjoyable
7.0Loved the location and general comfortable vibe of the apartment. Kitchen is well stocked with dining and cooking utensils. Unit was generally neat and tidy.
− All windows and screens are very, very dirty. The oven is not the best and there were no instructions for the dishwasher. The end of the trip ended up quite stressful because I had to pull everything out of the dishwasher that I had been stacking all weekend and hand wash.
