9.0Comfortable room and hospitable staff who made good suggestions on things to do in Mysuru. Having a restaurant on site was useful. Some parking is available.
− The hot items on the breakfast buffet weren't hot. Very little toilet paper was provided until we asked.

7.0The staff in the restaurant were extremely cooperative especially since my young son needed kichdi, milk etc., the same was provided free of charge
− The morning buffet had good items but the Dosa was bad. Inspite giving specific instructions, even the second time it wasn't hot and properly served. Also, despite booking Executive room, was given deluxe.
