Great Location
10.0Close enough to walk to beach. Lots of restaurants within a block of Ozone. Bed is hard, Balcony is small. But would definitely stay there again !!!
Bad service
2.0This particular room and landlord owner provided a bad service. Stayed for 8 nights and no cleaning of fresh towels were provided. Had to pay myself to get the room cleaned. The sheets were dirty when we arrived. It is also the only time I have ever had to pay for my water and electricity usage. Local area of kata is nice though. Very bad experience but depending on what room you choose and owner you get you may get a better service I.e cleaning and not having to pay for electricity!
