10.0This hotel was my stop between the airport and the park. It is very conveniently located to both the airport (10 minutes by taxi) and the cable car stop for Tianmen Mountain (10 minutes walking or 3 by taxi). It was comfortable, clean, and far enough away from the road to avoid loud noises. The staff also helped me to solve a booking issue at no extra charge.

6.0広州からの中国南方航空便の到着が遅れたため、午前２時着陸。その夜は他のホテルに泊まり、翌朝ホテルに行き予約書を見せるとCP検索でやっと私の予約を確認されました。その日の到着予定客を把握していない（中国では当たり前のようですが）やはり印象としては悪くなります。英語を理解するスタッフがいなかった。スマホで翻訳して対応された。外国人を相手にしなくても中国人観光客を相手にすればよいのかこの頃英語が通じにくくなっている印象があります。以前は必死で英語を学ばれていましたが。２泊しましたが、トイレ掃除がされていませんでした。やはりちゃんとしてもらいたいと思います。

8.0Excellent location within walking distance to the bus terminal. Checked in at 1am and had to check out at 4am but the staff were responsive on all occasions. Only comment was the toilet drainage has a slight smell of sewage and bring a toothbrush as it is not provided.
