Väldigt fint inomhus. Bra utrustat i kök och badrum. Bra möblering. Värdinnan mycket tillmötesgående och trevlig.

− Utomhus krävs en upprustning både när det gäller fasader och trappor även möbler, en del trasigt. Kanske klokt att informera om läget framför allt till äldre. Det är många trappor för att ta sig upp. Tommy

Spacious, good location but lacking maintenance

Spacious, sleeps a lot of people. The original architecture was very unique

− The house has beautiful, original architecture and a lot of character. It is clear that it was once a stunning property. Unfortunately, our experience was affected by the lack of maintenance throughout the home. Many of the facilities are outdated, broken, or not functioning properly. The master bathroom, for example, does not have a proper shower—only a bathtub with a handheld shower attachment—and the bathtub drain was clogged, making it inconvenient and uncomfortable to use. The showers in the other bathrooms are very small and not particularly practical either. The outdoor areas also need significant attention. The garden was dry and poorly maintained, and the patios, railings, and exterior of the house showed considerable wear and age. The listing photos also do not accurately reflect the current condition of the property. In particular, the furniture is much older and more worn than it appears in the pictures. I do want to mention that the host was very kind, attentive, and responsive throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. Overall, this property has tremendous potential because of its beautiful architecture, but it would benefit greatly from substantial maintenance and updates to provide the experience that the listing suggests.

Ci è davvero piaciuta la posizione della villa, la distribuzione degli spazi e il salone centrale molto accogliente! L'arredamento si vede che è particolare e di una casa come un'opera d'arte. La casa era pulita e sono stati molto chiari nel comunicarci le regole della casa e nell'accoglienza al check-in!

− La casa necessiterebbe di un poco più di manutenzione, tipo certe ante delle docce erano scardinate, certi cassetti si aprivano a fatica e certe piante sono state lasciate crescere troppo e ostacolavano il raggiungimento della piscina

The location is great, near the Park Guell, also 15-minite walk to metro station to MWC venue. The room is spacious, but a little bit old, the balcony and terrace are very big. The kitchen has fundamental utensils and some food. Rebeca is very responsible and considerate.

− The Wi-Fi is very weak. All villas should be refurbished. The restroom in the room is a little old, should be refurbished. The other side of the door would be open（current closed）, it's another way to go out.
