Fab stay, recommended
10.0Fantastic place to stay, friendly owners, amazing views, facilities were great and we loved seeing the animals. Have already recommended it to friends and family and we will return in the summer. The Oddfellows Arms was also a great pub nearby with excellent food.

Perfect spot on the edge of the Lakes National Par
10.0A really lovely cabin in a great area. Owners stay out of your way and there's loads of space inside. The animals outside are super-friendly and a big hit with the kids. Only slight gripe is the beds are quite narrow and very squeaky! (Or at least ours was) It is a genuinely lovely place to spend a break.
Amazing find - idyllic setting
10.0We had a fabulous time. Emily was so helpful - what a warm welcome we got on arrival, with some lovely touches of country life. Free range farm eggs available on request - they were delicious and a must! Lodge was very clean and fresh. It was an idyllic setting to relax and also had lots of things to do with a short car drive away. The hot tub and sauna were amazing too. Lots of animals and wildlife to enjoy too - being out in the countryside was good for our souls. Highly recommend a visit.
