Lovely hotel, completely undertrained staff.
3.0Nice design and rooms.
− Terrible and hostile customer service. The staff treated us in a highly derogatory manner just for moving a chair on the terrace. Later, we wanted to enjoy the complimentary champagne provided by the hotel on the terrace, and staff aggressively questioned why we were drinking it there.After an argument, they refused to serve us and called security. The security guard was completely contemptuous, telling us to go drink in our room or "go home."To make matters worse, the manager's response the next day was incredibly dismissive. He gave us a brief, basic apology, claiming he was "investigating the case" without offering any real solution. Avoid this hotel if you expect basic respect and hospitality.
