Not all what it seems
4.0It was a nice size villa. The pool was a good size. The best room of the house was the master bedroom.
− The first address sent to me via email was a different address, I hunted through emails to find the correct address. We were due to book in at 3pm the cleaners were there till 4pm. The photos on Booking.com show the pool with a handrail, when we arrived there was no handrail. As a member of the family has mobility issues, this was a must. No handrail really caused hardship getting in and out the pool. I messaged Jon, he never came back to me re this issue . Because there is no air con, there were noisy fans in a few of the rooms (not all rooms ) Pillows; you get one very flat pillow per person. There are no spare pillows, or nice pillows. We had towels but these had seen better days. The kettle wasn't working on arrival, I messaged the number , no reply, I texted the no. No reply. I messaged Jon (director) who said a kettle would be their next day, we had to wait till the day afterwards. I also said the free standing air dryer was broken. We had another one delivered with the kettle. I put the old ones outside and advised on the number we were given that they were outside. These weren't picked up whilst we were there. A spa bath was mentioned in the description, we couldn't find this in the house , I messaged Jon to ask where this was. Jon never came back to me on this. The showers need a very good scrub. These were dirty. The front door glass was broken before we arrived. One of the sliding doors locks was broken. Freezer door seal was broken, allowing frozen food to defrost.

9.0Lovely quiet location only a short drive to everywhere and anything. Property was exactly what was seen in the pictures friendly staff pool was cleaned twice while we was there and everything ready for use on arrival
− Only issue I can mention and not even complain about is that we was in a large group and the hot water runs out quick in the morning so short showers
