Ok for the money. It was clean
7.0The room was clean.
− The fact that the phone number and email on the web site is bogus. I tried multiple times to call the office and sent 2 emails to the address given with no results. I accidently left a very special lap quilt on the bed and tried to contact them to see if they could hold it for me as we are coming back by the hotel this week and was unable to contact anyone. Also, the doors to the front desk were locked. The only place you could communicate with personel was a tiny windows on the side of the building. Personel were not always in the office.
I had a peaceful stay in my home town.

I’ve had a manager knock at the door two hours before checkout. No hospitality!!!
4.0The bed was comfortable.
− The carpet needed a thorough cleaning. It was so dirty I didn’t want to take off my shoes. The pillows were completely flat and very uncomfortable. In addition, I reserved a nonsmoking room and they put me in a smoking room. I had to ask for another room.
