9.0Great stay, nice pool, nice and equiped house with kitchen Welcome basket with some snacks was provided as well as coffee pods
− Bit more far from the center but you can walk there in 20 minutes. Only thing I didnt like the rooms was full of mosquitos when I arrived

2.0Location is not bad. Pics attached.5 min drive from centre of Ericeira and 2 min from view point
− This property is not supposed to host guests that are not tolerable for rooms without fan, aircon, mosquito nets, 24/7 on site reception, tv smart because those are non existing. Very high night price for what is offered. I paid for total 5 days 510€ and due to issues had to cancel and checked out in the next morning. They charged for one night which was around 100€ , if I was them I would refund in full because the night was a nightmare and I couldn’t sleep.
Close to the beach, clean and comfortable.
9.0Everything went smoothly without any complications. The host was not there all the time but always available via Whatsapp when needed. Good access to the beaches.
