8.0Safe amd gated place to stay cpnveniently located walkimg distance from US Embassy. Water pressure poor....AC was ok not great.

2.0First, did not accept credit cards, so had to run about and find an ATM so could pay in cash. Second they advertise breakfast included, but did not only not include breakfast, and were not willing to give a slight discount for their failure to do so. Staff did not seem at all interested in providing service or the House to provide up to date advertising.

6.0La cama y almohadas estaban muy duras. La direccion en el sitio de hoteles.com a traves del Google maps estaba erronea, la piscina estaba cerrada, no aceptaban la tarjeta de crédito registrada como medio de pago y me toco pagar a traves de transferencia bancaria ya que no llevaba mucho efectivo conmigo. En el lado positivo, el personal era muy amable y servicial. El desayuno estuvo muy rico.

8.0Personal muy amable y atentos. Tuvimos problemas para localizar el local, pues habían dos direcciones diferentes. Para referencia, utilizar la dirección más cercana a la Embajada de EEUU (Econo BB)

10.0Security is no concern. The property is gated and there is 24/7 surveillance and on grounds security. It is within walking distance to the US Embassy and Consulate. You are able to park your vehicle indoors and this provides with greater convenience and peace of mind. I enjoyed the traditional breakfast, highly recommended if you have a few minutes. As far as the room it was in very good working order and clean.
