10.0Great location, needed a hotel unexpectedly and managed to get a reservation same day. Perfect for what I needed.
Urgent claim
4.0No hot water for first 24 hours. The hotel management knew about problem but did not disclose to customers arriving for the weekend. I had to cancel a dinner and lunch engagement because I could not take a shower and get cleaned up. I want a partial refund of the high rental I prepaid
