4.0I had confirmed the reservation, called the number posted on the entrance door, no ine answered, door closed so could not get inside the hotel, host called me several hours after to explain,but it could not cover the disappointment because they did not do their job accordingly, plus they asked me to cancel the reservation,as if I was the one not wanting it
