6.0設備が古く所々で問題ありそうですが、(当日は食堂の天井から水漏れしてました)そこはまぁ良いかなと スタッフの方は外国の方が多いですが、皆さん、丁寧で良かったと思います 楽しみにしていた貸切風呂は入れなかったので、そこは残念でした 15:00から貸切風呂の受付が始まるようですが、15:15頃にチェックインした時には満員でした どうやら前日から宿泊されていた方々が枠を全て埋めたようでした

2.0食事会場の席も 大人だけのグループと小さい子供のいる家族隣り同士だったりとゆっくりと食事もできず 本来家族連れと大人だけと席を考えて欲しい

8.0前評判が低めだったのでそれほど期待していませんでしたが、問題ありませんでした。 豪華な温泉宿ほどではありませんが、十分清潔な施設にいろいろと細かなサービスがあり快適でした。 周辺に食事処が少なく、あっても夜早々にしまっている所が多いので外で食べようとしていたところ場所探しに苦労しました。 朝食ビュッフェは悪くなかったので、夕食も館内のビュッフェにしておけばよかったかなと思います。 スタッフは皆さん親切で気持ちよく過ごせました。

10.0受付や館内案内、食事する場所など外国の方が従業員として働いてましが皆さん丁寧で何の不自由もなく対応がすごく良かったです。ウェルカムドリンクでアルコールやおでんがあり、嬉しかったです！また宿泊したいと思いました！
