9.0Très belle chambre, hôtel au calme et à pied de la ville. Personnel super gentil et très bon petit déjeuner

8.0スタッフの方がとにかく親切だった。相談したら親身になってくれるし、おもてなし精神が素晴らしかった！ 朝ごはんが豪華すぎて全部食べられなかった。 本当に美味しかったのに残念。
− WiFiが弱くてほぼ使えなかった。 タンクの水を温めて使うためか、朝のシャワーの時になかなか温かいお湯が出なくて困った。 スリランカの風習なのか？ 寝る時にかける毛布や布団が無かった。夜中少し涼しかったので困った。

7.0Ogólny pobyt oceniam pozytywnie, choć z pewnymi minusami. Dużym plusem jest lokalizacja – w samym centrum, ale w bocznej uliczce kawałek od głównej drogi, dzięki czemu w nocy było cicho. Śniadanie było smaczne, a personel bardzo przyjemny.
− To, co nam się nie podobało, to brak lodówki w pokoju oraz stan łóżka - prześcieradła i nakrycie były ubrudzone.

8.0Very kind human team and very nice welcoming with a home-made iced tea. They gave us some informative leaflets and explained interest points with a city map. Nice room, great space and very comfortable. We asked for an early check out and the possibility for a packed breakfast to take away, the chef came in at 4am before departure to make it fresh for us, sandwich, fresh fruits, chocolate muffins and mineral water, this is really kind from the hotel human team.
− We came in about 1930-2000h and the shower heater wasn't working (not sure if we didn't manage to find the way?) but we couldn't find anyone at reception to ask for help (maybe due to the off season period?), maybe something to improve it is to explain how rooms work or have a contact number if no one is in reception.
