− Lo primero anuncian.parking que no existe. Tampoco hay recepcion como tal. El spa es una bañera grande metida en un zulo en un ambiente pesimo y mal cuidado oxido moho etc. Sin escalera para acceder al mismo los chorros no funcionaban y no nos metimos por que el agua estaba tan sucia que no se veia el fondo. En la habitacion moho en la ducha. El secador daba miedo utilizarlo. Y por ultimo el desayuno en el bar de la esquina. Y todo edto 300 euros la noche y 5 estrellas?
Dias perfectos en Ciutadella
10.0La ubicación tan en el centro y sin ruidos y lo bonito que es el edificio y la cafetería ( todo detalle y buenísimo todo con productos de la zona , sobrasada , ensaimada , tomates locales ), la limpieza , sus toallas tan gustosas de rizo , los chorros del Spa .. todo en general más sin duda la atención de la encargada Magdalena que todo te lo hace tan fácil y su amabilidad inigualable .

Small but beautiful in a great location.
8.0The bed was very comfortable. The property was calm and quiet. We had a nice room with a courtyard. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel as we didn’t see anyone around and got in using a door code that was WhatsApped to us. But we didn’t mind that.
− The spa was just like an underground hot tub. We didn’t go in as it was quite claustrophobic and didn’t smell great.
