Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and lots of surprises
9.0The location was central, walking distance to some sights and the main shopping area as well as the all important Lisbon sign. The hotel staff were excellent, super attentive and very helpful. The extra unexpected surprise was the snack table reception with delicious cake and the ice cream machine!! And on checkout we received a pack of delicious cookies! Oh and there’s a midnight snack table as well
− We didn’t enjoy the food in the main restaurant but the staff were excellent and the room service food was much better

10.0The staff was incredible, especially Joao. He always had a smile and was happy to help in any way. The spa was enjoyed by all and the kids loved the ice cream machine and candy in the lobby. There were so many extras it is hard to list them all. This was a 5+ experience. The location was close to everything. We were sad to leave and it's the only hotel I would stay at again in Lisbon. Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable!

Best ever stay
10.0One of the best hotels I ever stayed in and I have Seen a lot of hotels. The best thing is that all the small things you use and eat during the day are free of charge. Not the way cheap hotels try to earn money on you. Minibar, ice cream, the jacuzzi, the sauna, the turkish bath, all for free. Breakfast is served at your table. No buffet and loads of people trying to spoil your early morning. Excellent, efficiënt and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and good beds. Location excellent in hart of Lisboa.
