4.0Its ok. The check in is very slow and you need to understand Spanish. The junior suite is large. Be sure to call ahead to Double-check the details of your reservation before you arrive. I reserved a king but had to sleep on a double. There are a lot of gekos in the hallways. There are a ton of restaurants nearby.

8.0My "guaranteed" reservation for a single King was not honored and I had to accept two double beds. A double bed is way too small for me and reception refused to give me any price reduction.

10.0Very modern facilities, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. Wonderful breakfast. Close to restaurants, shopping facilities and very safe.
