10.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everyone made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to José, who went above and beyond to make our stay even better. His kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service truly made a difference. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided a great overall experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
− The only disappointment was the Tesla charger. It has been reported as damaged since February 2026 and still has not been repaired. Unfortunately, it continues to be listed as available on the hotel's website, which can be misleading for Tesla owners who choose this hotel expecting to charge their vehicles. We hope this issue is resolved soon, as it would make an otherwise excellent stay even better. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!
Okay, but...
6.0How clean the room/bathroom was, it was all organized. I also liked that I could control the AC in my own room.
− We had to advise the front desk, 3 times that our key cards were not working for the original room we were assigned. Each time we had to make the trip down to the lobby, and get our cards "reactivated", on the 3rd time the host finally came up with my sister to physically confirm the cards were not working. It was hectic to say the least, as we were traveling with a 2 year old that was fussy.
