You should get what you paid for. Not what they want to give you.
3.0The hotel was clean and well maintained
− I booked a room with two beds and paid for a room with two beds. When I arrived I was told that I booked a room that was available so they put me on a room with one king bed and a pull out sofa. I did not pay for that and for that I’m giving a bad review as I was not satisfied at all and did not sleep well.

7.0− The room and hallways had an odor. Checked in late because room was not ready. Housekeeping barely cleaned. Hair on the floor and appliances. Breakfast was pretty good though
