− Not helpful staff, they are very strict. Also, bad value of money. After my check out from Waldorf Astoria, I moved to Courtyard by Marriott, they was around half the price and was really helpful staff.

10.0Spectacular hotel — beautiful, clean with such a calming atmosphere and lovely fragrance throughout. From the suites to the pool, gym and spa, restaurants, and bar, everything was amazing and thoughtfully maintained. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, but gosh! Mon and May were exceptional. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made our experience that much more special. Highly recommend!
