Loved staying here - was very welcoming, clean & tidy. Great set up for our family group
10.0Very handy location - close to Black Rock Beach which is a good swimming beach & Super Browns just down the road. Very clean & had everything we needed. Lovely outdoor area for entertaining. Pool was also handy for the kids, although cooler than you expected (sea is usually warmer)

Excellent accommodation
10.0Very close to everything. A fully furnish house with the bedrooms with Air Cond, ceiling fan and a standup fan. Instructions were clear to get to the property. A clear file folder with all instructions regarding the house rubbish day etc. There were also up to date Tourist brochures which was great and helpful.
Good to know
Transfers are available to and from Rarotongan International Airport. These are charged 15 NZ per guest, each way. Please inform the Eve and Sandys Holiday Home in advance if you want to use this service, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
