10.0The hotel is right on top of the train station and that makes the travelling super easy. Lots and lots of shopping and dining within the train station. Kanazawa castle, museum, Cha Ya districts and temples are easy to get to via the loop tour bus. The location of the hotel made travelling easier and more enjoyable. Definitely the first choice of accommodation.

10.0Hotel is inside JR Kanazawa station and very convenient. Room is a bit dated but it's really good value.
Room facilities not user friendly for disabled
4.0Not user friendly for people with disabilities. There is a huge gap between bathroom and the room. I need to request a step riser in order for me to enter the bathroom. Also I requested whether they have a room with easy access for disabled people. They found one but I need to pay extra of 5000 yen per night for a special room.
