7.0Outstanding spa experience – the spa manager and my therapist, Ruby, were excellent and truly professional. Very good food at Terracotta, with waitron staff who were genuinely attentive and excellent throughout, especially Sumit This is a beautiful eco-resort with large rooms and a wide range of experiences on offer. Sunset tour with Pravesh and Yogesh was also great.
− A major disappointment was the communication. I had been trying to book a safari and a Somnath trip since 5 January. I contacted the resort repeatedly via the Booking.com message service, by email, and even made several international calls, but received no response at all. As a result, no lion safari was booked and I had to book Somnath separately. I was finally contacted—very briefly—only on the day of arrival, by which time nothing could be arranged. I later followed up again via WhatsApp on the same number to book another safari and ive now checked out since 5 days and yet to hear back from guest relations! I have screenshots of all communications should management require them.
