Welcome to Round Rock!
10.0Gorgeous hotel, very welcoming atmosphere. I especially love the breakfast; the staff is there to greet you with bright inviting smiles and the smell of the breakfast brings you in fast. The food is your normal continental breakfast but it’s better than the traditional Marriott. This property has made me feel overwhelmed by the amount of love and support that i’ve received from management and housekeeping staff.

Work travel - great food options walking distance and better hospitality
8.0I had a wonderful stay at Townplace Suites. I was there for an important customer meeting. The proximity to my office and great restaurants helped me pick this hotel. Meme made it worth the stay. She helped me check in and was wonderful. From hospitality to general empathy, so glad I had her to kick off my stay.

10.0I had a very great experience! Juana the breakfast lady was incredible, very helpful. Hotels need more employees like her. Morayma the General Manager was amazing! Really knows her stuff, very positive attitude and willing to help with whatever. I recommend anyone who is looking for a nice hotel in Austin to come here! Thank you for everything, I will be back again.
