10.0Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was excellent, and its location was perfect. Every staff member was incredibly warm, courteous, and welcoming. A special thanks to Ms. Banita and Mr. Ranjit, Mr. Vishnu and Mr. Suresh for their exceptional hospitality. From the security team to the F&B service staff, everyone made us feel genuinely cared for. It never felt like we were staying in a hotel it truly felt like a home away from home during our time in Nepal. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We would love to come back again.
