Propaganda enganosa
8.0Foi boa, porém há uma propaganda enganosa no Site, onde diz que o Hóspede tem direito a meia pensão com direito à janta, porém não a janta não estava inclusa diz o Dono do Hotel.
Recepção deplorável
6.0Fiquei quase 1 hora do lado de fora esperando alguém abrir o portão, fui atendido por um hóspede que foi chamar uma senhora que teria a função de nos receber, mas ficou assistindo TV em um quarto. Não atenderam telefonema, telefone indicado na placa inexistente, outros indicados tocaram até cair a linha, não atendem campainha. Quarto com formigas.
Informações desencontradas - nome e endereço
4.0Embora constem no site da Trivago e na reserva recebida por vocês o nome do local como sendo Vintage, o correto é VILLAGE. Além disso, embora também conste em ambos o endereço como sendo Av. Santana, 3458, o correto era nº 3450. O quarto ( nº 4) em que nos acomodaram curiosamente possuía o comando de luz do quarto necessariamente ligado ao ventilador, ou seja, ou você ficava com ambos ligados ou ambos desligados, no escuro caso pretendesse permanece sem ventilador. O quarto também apresentava forte odor de mofo, podendo ser observado que o box debaixo da cama de casal claramente havia sido molhado (apresentava manchas por ter sido molhado), de onde era suposto advir tal odor de mofo.

6.0O lugar é tranquilo e simples, os funcionários são atenciosos e a comida é boa. Mas não tem frigobar, nem troca de roupa de camas e faltam toalhas.
