10.0Apartment was very clean and modern. Lighting was efficient. In a quiet area with exception of construction of new apartments close by. Very short 2 minute drive to resort beach. Resort has gated entry with security. Communication was quick and simple with email, local number, or WhatsApp for any needs.

10.0The property is well maintained. Unit was spacious and equipped. Hytzach, is the lady who keeps the units clean and refreshes the towels. She is extremely accommodating. If there is anything lacking or that you need you just ask her, Nancy or Donald and they will see to it.

10.0Liked the open views from our one bedroom, 2 bathrm unit with large terrace and it included a partial view of the ocean. The grounds are beautifully landscaped including the pool area. Kitchen is well stocked and Nancy was very helpful with any needs and questions. The walk to the beach is about 10-15 minutes and we loved the path route by the ocean. We stayed one week without a car and we brought along enough food for breakfast and a few other meals. Several restaurants are within walking distance. But for longer stays, a car is necessary as the grocery store is about 40 min. walk along roads with no sidewalks. (it is expensive by taxi).
