− Não correspondeu em nada às expetativas. Falta o resort da palavra resort que está no nome e faltam estrelas nas 5 estrelas que dizem que têm. Presumo que em tempos todos os apartamentos tenham pertencido ao hotel. Agora já não. Há apartamentos do hotel com hóspedes, funcionários e outros de proprietários particulares. Os blocos já têm mau aspecto e é visível a falta de manutenção. A piscina da zona dos apartamentos está péssima: faltam azulejos em todo o lado, o deck tem toda a madeira a saltar e a água está gelada. Somos frequentadores de piscinas e nunca tivemos numa tão má. Sugiro que a retirem das infraestruturas a usar pelos hóspedes. O apartamento, embora limpo, cheira a tabaco, apresenta desgaste no mobiliário (cadeiras, sofás, mesas) e não tem sequer um pano de cozinha ou qualquer utensilio de limpeza de loiça. Os apartamentos estão longe do hotel e não há sequer caminhos interessantes para fazer a pé, como num verdadeiro resort. Não querendo parecer preconceituosa, os blocos parecem estar inseridos num bairro social, o que não é de todo o que hotel vende na publicidade que faz. O hotel, embora não pareça tão mau como os apartamentos, já teve melhores dias. Percebe-se que não a está a ser usado na sua totalidade e apresenta já infiltrações nas paredes. Os funcionários da recepção parecem estar a trabalhar no hotel há apenas 2 dias. O pequeno-almoço é adequado ao estado do hotel, não é excelente. Não tem 5 estrelas, nem me parece que chegue às 3.

− Lejligjederne er langt fra morgenmad og resturant. Vores køleskab virkede ikke og vi kom frem til masser af vand på gulvet i lejligjeden. Stedet virker lidt slidt - gardinerne havde huller så lyst kunne komme ind. Små værelser!
