4.0At first we was write on the comments that we need 14th floor and smoking room but when we checked in they gave us 9th floor and I asked the receptionist it is a smoking room she told me no if you want a smoking room we will give you room on 8th floor and we accept that but what I want to say they didn’t read our comment, the room was not totally clean and our luggage take along time to deliver we call them several time to bring our luggage , the WIFI signal was vey poor , when we go to the swimming pool there is no staff to help or give us a towel you should look for it by your self , almost all the staff was had a bad behavior they not seem nice accept Rehab , room service was very good but dine in restaurant one day they didn’t take our order and it took a long time when we called them they told us we didn’t accept the order we forgot it and we will make you order now , I try the massage is very good and the therapist Salwa was very nice and she know every stressed area . Last note there was a wedding in the hotel and all the wedding guests take our parking we don’t have any place near to elevator we should have the priority At last this is the first and last time I will be on Solymar hotel and beach club If you looking for best hotel try Onyx by Rotana or Address hotel

4.0The room was dirty on check in. There were no beddings and the duvet/bedsheets and pillows were stained. It was very difficult to reach the manager on site to resolve this issue. The staff were also rude and not helpful. The breakfast was average compared to other 5 star hotels. I honestly would not recommend this facility.
