− We've stayed at this hotel several times recently. We really liked it the first two times (compared to other hotels). It had a decent pool, sauna, and comfortable beds. Subsequently, things got worse and worse. On our second-to-last visit, there were no kitchen towels in the room, an incomplete set of towels in the bathroom, and most importantly, no one was visible at the front desk in Building 2. On our last visit, the service completely failed. My colleague and I arrived for two days, and they charged us a deposit of $203.48 each. What kind of rules are these that seem to appear out of nowhere? By the way, we haven't received our deposit back yet. I stay two or three times a month for two or three days, and I'd like stability. I'm inclined to look for another hotel; I'm tired of having negative experiences that get worse with each visit.

− The noise from the road below was very noisy if you used the open balcony. Floors on the balconies were filthy. We had a cockroach in the cupboard with the glasses.

Close to transport

− The neighbours above us were very loud - I believe the chair legs should have felt stoppers to stop the scraping noise. We were kept awake with the movement’s above us. Thank you, the fridge door needs to be made level. Coral Christensen
