Fabulous location - an easy walking distance to everything Sydney has to offer!

− The bed was too soft for our liking.
Average Stay for a Family
6.0Location was just right at the city center. You can walk around Sydney from this location.
− Cleaning. We booked with cleaning services as we travelled with 2 kids. However at check in it was informed that on day 3 they do an express clean and only on day 7 they do a proper clean. This information should be provided on booking platform prior booking. Paid extra for cleaning but no such cleaning was done. However you can request clean towels etc and they do provide it on request.
Not the best Meriton I’ve stayed at.
7.0The location was great.
− Every time I had a shower the water would leak on to the carpet in the main bedroom. I informed the staff of the water wetting the carpet and I need more towels due to putting all the towels on the floor to avoid more water getting onto the carpet, the staff member took my room number down and said someone will come up and have a look and get me more towels but never happened. I had to follow up again a few hours later. The procedure to park your car was also very confusing as different staff advised you different information.

− Lots of dust ect and windows very dirty which dissapointing. 3 walls were windows you could barely see out.
