This hotel is nothing like the pictures, everything is broken and the rooms have silverfish - do not stay here

− It was completely mis-sold, so much was broken (including curtain rail, wardrobe rail, shower door and bathroom door). The room was extremely damp (the wooden floor was wet with damp patches) and the bathroom had silverfish (picture attached). The bed was uncomfortable. It said we would have a coffee machine in our room as well as toiletries, and there’s a picture online of toiletries in plastic bottles. Our “toiletries” were shower gel sachets and there were not even cups in the room let alone a coffee machine!

− - it wasn‘t clean at all! the shower head was sooo dirty. the cleaning lady didnt cleaned properly. we asked them to change the bedsheets and didn‘t changed them.
