10.0The Giraffe Lodge Arusha is excellent value for money and the staff are incredibly friendly. We spent the night here before an early morning flight to Zanzibar (only 10 minutes to the airport which is one of its big plus points). We had dinner and watched Tanzania play a football match with a bar full of locals which was a great experience. The food is really good (dinner and breakfast), the room was clean and the staff could not do enough for us It is a real local’s area which we love away from some of the big chains. We would not hesitate to stay again

10.0This was a great find. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Awesome manager, he went to the store to find medicine for our son. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot and the food was delicious. We are so thankful we stayed here.

10.0We stayed two nights, before and after our safari. Staff were fantastic! Everyone was friendly and helpful, nothing was too much to arrange. We ate well and had two fun nights in the hotel bar. There was no need to venture out of the hotel premises.
