− I don't like mushroom is too cold and should you have a more staff help is the chef in kitchen. I don't like bedroom is too hot and warm

− Got charged an extra £50 as “deposit” upon arrival told we would get it back still haven’t. Rooms were extremely hot 50°c with only one fan. Staff were rude
