Von Booking.com gibt es keinerlei Unterstützung bei Buchungsproblemen: Doppelbuchungen werden niemals erstattet, E‑Mail‑Meldungen werden nie gelesen, die Zimmer werden automatisch per KI zugewiesen. Unter der Telefonnummer des Hotels antwortet eine externe Telefonzentrale, die nichts über die aktuelle Buchung weiß.
