− Staff poor. Room dirty. Balcony covered in bird shit. Room service poor. No help with luggage movement. Overall v poor for Hilton branded hotel.

− The breakfast, my god how disappointing. Very little selection and the selection was quite poor in quality.

− Apartado de todo, pocos servcios. Para ser un 5 estrellas las instalaciones deben ser renovadas, habían humedades en todo el hotel.
